I offer a challenge to myself and to you to do something new everyday during 2009, even if you cannot do it everyday, it could be every week or every month.

I am sure people have heard the saying "you learn something new everyday", so by making the effort we can educate ourselves and help to educate other people with our new knowledge.

If you have a hangover and really bad headache, and you have no headache pills, its easier to just go to bed and sleep it off
