Season 7 - 2020 What a Year!

I am still here!

Hello, and thanks for giving me your time, I have been randomly posting up, with huge time between each post for the last few years. The reason for this wasn't intentional, just the way life works! I have been busy becoming a dad and dealing with the responsibility that comes with it.

It has been a good experience, and now I am ready to return to the world of the web, and the world of the living, I feel like a zombie from the british tv show 'In The Flesh', and I have been bitten by a zombie, I have lived as a zombie for a while (changing nappies is similar to eating flesh of the living i'm sure), and now I am cured, and I am ready to come back to the life of the living, even though I cannot avoid the true fact (I am now a dad with great responsibility- just to clarify- I am not calling my beautiful daughter a zombie- more about me-watching lots of kids tv, MR Tumble is a big part of this), I have responsibilities.

So cut a long story short- I am back, and hoping to be here more often.

I will be attempting to Vlog everyday, but I'm not promising anything! It will be a real insight into the brain of Sim, so i might regret it! I feel i should attempt to document some of my life or feelings as a diary, it will mainly be for my own use, so you may find it un-interesting, but we will see....

Blog sites etc are full of people talking rubbish and showing randum pictures of the cats they enjoy to eat etc, so i don't think for a second anyone is enjoying the simeonbd blog, but for me it can be very refreshing to share things and opinions, it feels like some sort of a release of frustration as well as other emotions.

Hello Peoples

Once again, welcome to my Blog. Have you been following my quest to create a video everyday for a year? I have a new YouTube account where you will have to find the link within a film on my present YouTube account.

The process of creating a video everyday(if you haven't been watching), has been very difficult for me, there were highs and lows, exciting films and boring films, but overall I believe the experience to have been a good one. At the present time I managed to create a total of 73 videos EVERY DAY since the 17th May 2010.

I am still creating videos, but hopefully only twice or three times a week.

January Update

Well its been a while since i wrote on here, and i did promise on my youtube channel i would try and make a video every month, so below you can catch up with what i've been up to.

Its friday and im glad its here! Its been a difficult time, iv'e been teaching and editing a gift for most of the week. I have had the most part of a bottle of red wine and im pretty tired now. So, whatcha gonna do? call the LAPD?

Empty Space

This just feels like im talking to myself, this whole blogging thing feels a bit strange, I thought blogspot would enable me to interact with other people and opinions, but obviously not. if there are actual people reading this, they can't be bothered to communicate....how strange, do you have any opinions? anything to share?

If I told you i was thinking of ending my life, would that change things, or would it make you more interested in reading more and not communicating, and you want to see how it ends?.....

Fergi & Ceriths' Wedding

The planning of my side of the wedding was pretty easy, i just had to find a way of travelling to Italy from Southampton! So when i think of the organising that had to be done for Fergi and Ceryths wedding i go into a cold sweat!

Everything was soo organised, from picking up the vast amount of people that were travelling from different areas of the globe to the last minute organising of the "quiet meal" on the sunday evening when they expected around 15 people to turn up, but 42 turned up!!!!

I enjoyed myself so much, i just wish i could have spent time with all of the groups of people i knew and to get to know the people i didn't know! So i hope i will at some point.

On my hols

I am at the end of my first week off, of two, and i have done well not to spend much money due to the fact i have a wedding to go to at the end of the month, i really can't believe how much things are costing me, i even sold my car to get me more money, and even by doing that it hasnt really helped, oh well.

I had to get my passport re-newed, i can't believe i have to pay for another 10 years, why cant it be like a driving licence that lasts for ages? Bloody robbers! I have a new Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdV5_qG0S6g

Scrumping!!

I decided to go shopping, and on the way to the shop i noticed loads and loads of Blackberrys that weren't being picked, so i thought i would help out! I think most people think that a Blackberry is only found in mobile phone shops! Oh well, i hope you enjoy this short clip. I love you all.

A video i created for my Facebook Friends!

I decided to say hello to all of my friends on facebook, i also wanted to be true to the fact they are called "friends". They aren't on there to make up the numbers, they are there because i value them as real friends. Ideally i would love to have all of them in one place physically, and this video is one way of having that happen-even though its one-sided! If more people followed me on here i could make one for my blog etc.

The Prodigy

I have recently bought the Prodigy's new album, Invaders Must Die, and i think its brilliant, it really goes back to the kind of the music they were good for, i love this album. Especially Worlds on fire and Run with the Wolves, these are very 90's, i love them. The other main stream tracks like Take me to the Hospital, Warriors Dance and Omen are also top-notch wicked tunes!

Its sooo good to see The Prodigy back at what they do good!

Becoming a Dad

It's Fathers Day, and it's my first! Very weird and exciting with so much responsibility and reliance it has certainly taken it's toll. I have gained more wait, stress and financial worry, but I wouldn't change it for the world.  It feels like there is always something new to adapt to, I just hope I can be the best possible dad that I could ever wish to be.

becoming a dad is amazing and scary, and you can only understand it once you become one (very cheesy I know!).

I am hopefully outstanding in my field like this fellow

Happy Days

The time has come at last for me to actually say that I am currently a happy but tired man, I have a new home, relationship and my very own Child! Things are very good, and it's nice to be at a place where I can smile and be happy.

I hope to start being more active on here, so please bare with me :-)

GRRRR

Haha I couldnt think of a catchy catch-phrase to introduce myself after such a long time. but I think GRRR sounds about right.

Well, It's been such a long time (you've heard that before), but my life is starting to change, I have been dating for a few weeks, which is real news for me, I am also moving out of the place where I live now, which isn't the best, and moving into a flat of my own! Which I'm very excited about(and also very nervous about).

I have been living in the same place for about 3 and half years? So the majority of videos and still pictures were taken in the same place. So having a new location and my own place is brilliant, I've wanted this for such a long time, and it is going to actually happen-yay!!(hopefully)

My Vlog

Hello again, well I've had my birthday weekend away in Cardiff, I saw my family and friends that could make it. The time away was brilliant, and I realise how much I miss being close to family, I wish I could be there for them as much as I would like them here for me.
